Raid groupes

Both thecoba and head had signed in out guild as tank and healer and we will use them as they signed. I knew thecoba before and he is a good tank and i haven't seen him otherwise and so, i believe in freedom for each spec, when we raid we need them as their original spec. I know and hope everybody understands this.

There is 1 or 2 problems

1: heabanger is not a healer anymore
2 Thecoba is not a tank anymore

and if group1 needs a tank and Tj or Champ going to help Group1
than has group 2 a problem

same story^^ about healers
